It's a cold rainy day Sunday today (April 22). I'm heading over to have Sunday Dinner with mom. In Mainespeak, dinner is a the big meal of the day, and happens when the rest of the world eats lunch, that is at noon.
In spite of the cold snap, mom is very happy: tulips are blooming outside her window (see above), and also a flowering bush, the name of which I don't know... but it's kind of azalea-ish....
Here's a photo of mom outside with her neighbor and table mate, Diana. Mom and her enjoy going outside and chatting. THey eat all their meals together, along with a lady named Helen.
It's so funny. You get mom outside and she just gets so chatty.... She loves telling stories... I am learning a lot about her sisters!
I'll have more pics later today...

Easter part 2
Marisa had Easter Sunday Dinner with Mom while I was playing at church. They had a great meal. She and the boys came over and visited before we made them leave so we could watch the Masters in peace!!!
The Easter decoration from Connie.
Nellie also says Thanks to Betty for the Chocolate and Peanut Butter Easter Egg, and also thank you Marleen and Nella for their letters. She enjoys hearing from you. She wants you to know she still misses Saturday mornings at McDonalds!

Happy Easter Part 1
I played an Easter Service at a beautiful Catholic Church in Lewiston, Maine today. I took a lot of pictures because it was the home church of Nellie's friend Connie Couture, who is a native of Maine! Connie these pictures are for you! It's a beautiful church, with a wonderful sound and a pleasure to play there.
